Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, narutomaki, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, tempura, shichimi, and sesame seed. Udon was as expected – flat, broad, and floppy. The curry taste was what you’d expect from an instant Japanese curry broth – a little thick and very curry. The inclusion of the pork was very enjoyable. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars.
